About

We are more than a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting theatre education at Battlefield High School. We are the spirit of the community that understands the performing arts is a venue to help our kids develop the confidence in important life skills that go far beyond the theatre. Skills that are not only essential to effective persuasive oral communication in speaking clearly, succinctly, and thoughtfully but also, in critical thinking, analytical abilities, problem solving, time budgeting, self-discipline, collaboration and goal-oriented work. Skills that apply to any area of expertise or passion. We support this development in our kids as thoughtful members of their community and society overall.  Plus, we really love theatre.

“Numerous studies have demonstrated a correlation between drama involvement and academic achievement. In addition to having higher standardized test scores than their peers who do not experience the arts, student who participate in drama often experience improved reading comprehension, maintain better attendance records, and stay generally more engaged in school.”  - American Alliance for Theatre & Education

Our Mission

Our Mission

To do what it takes to publicize Battlefield High School’s amazing shows; fundraise for special equipment, trips, competitions, and events; coordinate and develop the playbills; supply, manage and run concessions during performances; offer meals to students and staff during those long grueling long tech week rehearsals, be the loudest and most boisterous members of the audience during curtain calls and provide support however else we can.
